Colour reproduction and matching​

We endeavor to photograph and display on our website colours as accurately as possible. However, please be aware your screen may display and reflect the colour differently.

Returns

 

In the unlikely event of one of our items being found faulty, a repair or replacement will be offered and in some circumstances a full refund will be given. Returns of non-faulty items which have been made with creation ashes (bespoke items) will not be eligible for return or credit.

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in certain circumstances, including:

Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents.

Items showing excessive wear and tear.

Faulty Goods

 

Within three months of purchase, if your item/s are found to be faulty we will issue a refund. If you wish to have a replacement a replacement will be made free of charge, you will be asked to cover the cost of sending the ashes to us.
